CEO / Lead Paediatric Nurse
RCN Olga is a registered paediatric nurse that has been working within NHS Hospitals and other healthcare settings for the last few years. She graduated with Bachelor of Sciences in Children’s Nursing at University of Bedfordshire.
Since qualifying she has been working mainly in Children’s Emergency Departments but also in Neonatal Units, Children’s Wards, Urgent Care Centres, Maternity and Children’s Outpatient Clinics.
From September 2022 RCN Olga started Masters in Integrated Healthcare Practice and Strategic Leadership. The course is recognised by Chartered Management Institute (CMI). She is one of the first ever students in the UK to study this newly designed leadership degree.
She is also a first responder for an ambulance services who responds mainly to 999 calls and critically ill patients providing life saving treatment before paramedics arrive on scene.
Olga is an active member of Royal College of Nursing and registered paediatric nurse with Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
Her practice is always evidence based and up to date with latest NICE guidelines and other important nursing documents.
On the side she also possess qualifications in Human Resources Management, Equality and Diversity, Law and Graphics Design.
She enjoys playing sports competitively, staying healthy and active but also spending time with her family and friends.
