Our CEO is a registered paediatric nurse who has been working within NHS Hospitals and other healthcare settings for a number of years. She graduated with a Bachelor of Sciences in Children’s Nursing at the University of Bedfordshire.

In September 2022, she also graduated from the same university and received a Master’s in Integrated Healthcare Practice and Strategic Leadership. The course is recognised by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). She is one of the first-ever students in the UK to study this newly designed leadership degree.

In 2023, she started studying Master’s in Computer Science to be able to combine these two disciplines and make a difference in both the clinical and digital world.

Since qualifying she has been working mainly in Children’s Emergency Departments but also in Neonatal Units, Children’s Wards, Urgent Care Centres, Maternity and Children’s Outpatient Clinics. Most recently, she started her new venture as a Paediatric Diabetes Clinical Nurse Specialist in London and supports children in the management of their diabetes in the community.

She is also a first responder for ambulance services who responds mainly to 999 calls and critically ill patients, providing life-saving treatment before paramedics arrive on the scene.

Olga is an active member of the Royal College of Nursing and a registered paediatric nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), as well as a member of the BCS, the Chartered Institute of IT.

Her practice is always evidence-based and up-to-date with the latest NICE (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence) guidelines.

In addition to her nursing degree, she also possesses human resources management, equality and diversity, law, nutrition and certified sleep consultant qualifications.

Her vision is to partner with the country’s largest healthcare providers and create partnerships that will lead to sustained improvement and robust solutions that will benefit both patients and the country’s healthcare service.
